Project Description

Universitat Pompeu Fabra is a public, international, and research-intensive university that has managed to position itself among the best universities in Europe in only twenty-five years. It is one of the seven fastest up-and-coming young universities worldwide. The Interactive and Distributed Technologies for Education (TIDE) Research Group is part of Universitat Pompeu Fabra’s Department of Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC). TIDE is led by a Full Professor, Dr. Davinia Hernández-Leo, whose team of 25 members includes one senior researcher, 8 postdoctoral researchers, 10 Ph.D. students, 6 research assistants, and one software developer. TIDE research lies at the crossroads of human-computer interaction, network and computer applications, and the learning sciences.
